Abstract
In this research work, graphene oxide was synthesized in different mole ratios and at different temperatures as well in different time intervals, and the optimal conditions of the process were determined. As a result, based on the physical and chemical properties of graphene oxide, aspects of its use as a component for electron transport in new third-generation solar cells were studied. Moreover, based on the results of IR-spectrum, SEM, and X-ray spatial and thermal analysis of the synthesized graphene oxide, its analysis data is presented.
